- Cubed pork shank500 kg
- Orange2 unit(s)
- Mini Potatoes200 g
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh rosemary to taste
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Sauté the shank in a pressure cooker with olive oil until golden brown.
- Add the onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and let it cook a little longer.
- Squeeze the oranges and pass through a cotton pan. Add the juice of the oranges to the pan and 1/2 cup of water, add the fresh rosemary
- Tampe and let cook for approximately 10 minutes after you get pressure.
- Turn off the fire, remove the pressure and open the pan.
- Add the potatoes, if you need a little more water and return to the pressure for 5 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, adjust the seasoning if needed, and serve immediately.
