  • Cubed pork shank500 kg
  • Orange2 unit(s)
  • Mini Potatoes200 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh rosemary to taste
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Sauté the shank in a pressure cooker with olive oil until golden brown.
  2. Add the onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and let it cook a little longer.
  3. Squeeze the oranges and pass through a cotton pan. Add the juice of the oranges to the pan and 1/2 cup of water, add the fresh rosemary
  4. Tampe and let cook for approximately 10 minutes after you get pressure.
  5. Turn off the fire, remove the pressure and open the pan.
  6. Add the potatoes, if you need a little more water and return to the pressure for 5 minutes.
  7. Turn off the heat, adjust the seasoning if needed, and serve immediately.
