- Mix of herbs (laurel, Toninho and rosemary)1 tablespoon
- Lemon3 unit(s)
- Salt4 tablespoon
- Lemon pepper2 tablespoon
- Green apple2 unit(s)
- Shoyu1 tablespoon
- Brown Sugar2 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Start by seasoning the shank so that it marinates and takes on the flavor well.
- Season with salt, 2 and a half lemons, the herbs can be dried or fresh, and the Lemon pepper let it marinate for at least 4 hours and a maximum of 12 hours
- After light marination, bake wrapped in aluminum foil for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees
- After 30 min, remove the foil and let it bake for another 30 min.
- After 30 min check if it really is well baked and remove from the oven
- To prepare the chutney, grate the apple and cook it with the soy sauce, sugar and 1/2 lemon, after it has been well cooked to the point of jelly, finish with the butter and a pinch of salt
- Serve over the shank
