- OLIVE OIL2 dessert spoon
- Seasoning the picanha I usually use salt, vinaigrette seasoning, lemo peper.
- Cut it into slices to bake faster.
- The potatoes I cut them in half moon
- I add the same seasonings as the meat and olive oil
- In a form add the picanha and potatoes
- And bake in a preheated oven.
- Here I baked in High oven for approximately 40 min
