- Smoked pork sausage100 g
- Water3 cup
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Bacon broth1 unit(s)
- Salt/pepper/nutmeg to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Chop onion and tomato (skinless). Cut the sausage into rounds In a pan put the oil and sauté the onion when it is very blonde add the tomato and sausage.
- Once the sauté is well refined, add the seasonings and rice and let it fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the water and let it cook until it reaches the ideal point.
