  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Cloves5 unit(s)
  • Large Onions4 unit(s)
  • Meat seasoning sachet1 unit(s)
  • Oregano1 to taste
  • Water150 ml
  1. Pierce the piece of ham with the tip of the knife so that the seasoning penetrates.
  2. Place the ham in a bowl, add the lemon juice, crushed garlic, salt, meat seasoning and oregano.
  3. Add oil to the pan, place the seasoned ham piece inside and fry until golden.
  4. Add the sliced onion, preferably under the meat, add the water and close the pressure cooker.
  5. As soon as you start to give pressure count 20 minutes and turn off.
