  • Pork shank1.3 kg
  • Olive oil6 tablespoon
  • Rosemary sprigs3 unit(s)
  • Glass of dry white wine1 unit(s)
  • Seedless Girl's Finger Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Yellow Mustard2 tablespoon
  • Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  1. Chop the rosemary and the girl's finger, join with the wet seasonings. Make a marinade by adding olive oil, white wine, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Let the ham marinate for 4 hours.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°, wrapped in aluminum foil for 45 minutes.
  3. Then, remove the aluminum foil and let it cook at the same temperature until it gets a golden color and the environment is fragrant.
  4. Serve with bacon farofa, potatoes roasted in the same seasoning or potato and egg mayonnaise.
  5. For sandwiches, prefer slices of warm ham with crispy French bread, mustard, pickles, seasoned tomatoes and lettuce leaves. Enjoy your food! 💥
