- Pork shank1.3 kg
- Olive oil6 tablespoon
- Rosemary sprigs3 unit(s)
- Glass of dry white wine1 unit(s)
- Seedless Girl's Finger Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Yellow Mustard2 tablespoon
- Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Chop the rosemary and the girl's finger, join with the wet seasonings. Make a marinade by adding olive oil, white wine, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Let the ham marinate for 4 hours.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°, wrapped in aluminum foil for 45 minutes.
- Then, remove the aluminum foil and let it cook at the same temperature until it gets a golden color and the environment is fragrant.
- Serve with bacon farofa, potatoes roasted in the same seasoning or potato and egg mayonnaise.
- For sandwiches, prefer slices of warm ham with crispy French bread, mustard, pickles, seasoned tomatoes and lettuce leaves. Enjoy your food! 💥
