- Pork Ribs (piece)1/5 kg
- grated ginger2 tablespoon
- Honey1 cup
- Brandy1 cup
- Salt2 tablespoon
- Oil for greasing1 teaspoon
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and let it rest in the fridge for 12 hours.
- Place in a greased medium form, cover with greased aluminum foil and take it to the low oven, preheated, for 2 hours.
- Remove the paper and return to the oven for another 20 minutes.
- If desired, serve with fries.
