Discover some side dishes and sauces for your pork ribs

The pork ribs with polenta by itself is already a perfect dish to enjoy, but some accompaniments can make your meal even more delicious, such as well-seasoned white rice made to order, a refreshing salad with assorted leaves and cherry tomatoes and a whole beans cooked with Brazilian seasoning to top it off. Just thinking about it already makes your mouth water, doesn't it!?

Thinking only about the sauces, there are those that combine perfectly with a pork rib, such as barbecue sauce, a seasoned garlic mayonnaise, a fine herb sauce and also a mustard and honey sauce are a good choice. For those who want to give the dish a special touch, a sauce with chimichurri is an option, in addition to guava sauce and mint sauce, if you want to differentiate.

Returning to the side dishes, a potato, cabotiá or pumpkin puree can be a creamy and tasty recipe to spice up your pork ribs. Baked potatoes or the traditional french fries are another complement that cannot go wrong and most people like it! Caramelized onions and other snacks, mayonnaise or sausage are fantastic with your ribs and for those who like it, a banana farofa or the most popular form an incredible combination.
