  • Cassava500 g
  • Lemon3 unit(s)
  • 4 garlic cloves (crushed)4 unit(s)
  • Black pepper, ready-made pork seasoning, salt to taste
  1. Season the pork with the lemon, salt and seasonings to taste and let it marinate for 20 minutes. In a shape put the seasoned meat and covered with aluminum foil and take it to the oven for 180 degrees (depends on each oven) Bake for 40 minutes to an hour. When it's almost roasted, remove the aluminum foil and let it bake more for it to brown. Cook the cassava with water and salt. When everything is ready, you can sprinkle the cooked cassava with melted butter and chives. (Optional) Serve with rice and farofa.
