- Onion cream1/2 unit(s)
- Vinegar2 tablespoon
- Sour cream400 g
- Garlic Cloves5 unit(s)
- Pinch of salt1 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 to taste
- RIB Season the ribs, add vinegar and half a pack of onion cream.
- Fry the ribs with oil or olive oil; or bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
- GARLIC SAUCE In a frying pan, fry the garlic and add half a package of creamed onion, stir and take it to the blender and add the cream, grated cheese, black pepper and salt.
- Place in the fridge until hardened and serve with ribs.
