  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Salt2 teaspoon
  • Sauerkraut4 tablespoon
  1. Cut the ribs into pieces and fry until golden and reserve the fat
  2. Put it in a pan, add the beer and put it on high heat.
  3. Cover and cook for 30 minutes
  4. Add the sauerkraut, sugar and salt, cover and again cook for more than 1 hour until the ribs are tender.
