Pork rib with barbucue sauce

  • 1kg of ribs (in my case, I used half) because I made it for two people1 kg
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste to taste
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed2 unit(s)
  • Bahia seasoning to taste
  • Cabbage to taste
  • Cherry Tomato (for decoration)3 unit(s)
  • Red onion (for decoration)1 unit(s)
  • For the barbecue sauce I used ready-made.1 unit(s)
  1. Start by cleaning your ribs well, after that dry them. Season well with salt, black pepper and garlic and Bahia seasoning. Once that's done, place the ribs directly on the oven grill for a roast (Put a pan with aluminum foil below the grill, so you don't dirty your oven) done that, take it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
  2. Remove from the oven, wrap in two layers of aluminum foil, take it to the oven again, preheated to 200 degrees and let it bake for + 50 to 60 minutes.
  3. While it bakes, get your barbecue sauce ready.
  4. Remove the rib from the oven, pass and spread the sauce all over the rib and take it to the preheated oven at 180 g for 15 m.
