- Chopped pork ribs1 kg
- Ready seasoning1 teaspoon
- crushed garlic4 unit(s)
- paprika coloring1 teaspoon
- Black Pepper (Pinch)1 to taste
- Pork lard50 g
- Water300 ml
- Season the pork ribs with the ingredients that appear before the lard.
- In the order in which they appear in the recipe.
- Then heat the lard well in the pressure cooker.
- Saute pork ribs until golden.
- Add the water all at once and mix well and cover the pressure cooker.
- Let it cook for about 30 minutes from the pressure.
- Turn off the heat, adjust salt if needed and serve hot.
