- 1 glass of water1 unit(s)
- Oil100 ml
- hrosso salt1 teaspoon
- Fresh rosemary to taste
- Bay leaf1 unit(s)
- Large chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Lemon (juice)1 unit(s)
- Boiling water for dripping500 ml
- Season the ribs with the lemon juice, the glass of water and the seasonings, leave to marinate for at least two hours.
- Bring to a boil with the lid on for half an hour.
- As soon as the water dries, add water, repeat the process until the meat is golden and tender.
- Serve with your favorite accompaniment.
