- Pork Chop2 kg
- Chopped Onions2 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic Cloves4 unit(s)
- Dry white wine or Beer200 ml
- Olive Oil or Oil1 tablespoon
- Seasoning to taste (I used magpie, herb mix and smoked chimichurri) to taste
- BBQ Sauce2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Mix garlic, onion, wine or beer, seasonings, olive oil or oil and set aside;
- Line a shape with aluminum foil;
- Place the meat (thawed) on the mold and make small cuts in the direction of the bones;
- Pour the mixture (step 1) over the meat and let it marinate for +/- 1 hour; *reserve some of the sauce.
- After marinating, place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40 minutes.
- Afterwards, remove the aluminum foil and mix the sauce left over from the barbecue;
- Pour the mixture into the meat and return to the heat for another 40 minutes.
- If the meat doesn't cook completely, you can keep it longer (until golden);
- Afterwards, serve with the side dishes of your choice.
