  • Pork Chop1 kg
  • Shoyu1 cup
  • Mustard1 tablespoon
  • Garlic to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Rosemary to taste
  • Lemon juice1 cup
  • Green Smell to taste
  1. In a refractory add all the ingredients (except the green smell). Leave to marinate for 1 hour.
  2. After marinating, bake on low heat with aluminum foil. In the last 15 minutes, remove the paper and let it brown.
  3. After roasting, transfer to a serving platter and place chopped green parsley on top.
