Ingredients
Recipe

Pork Chop1 kg
Shoyu1 cup
Mustard1 tablespoon
Garlic to taste
Salt to taste
Rosemary to taste
Lemon juice1 cup
Green Smell to taste

In a refractory add all the ingredients (except the green smell). Leave to marinate for 1 hour.
After marinating, bake on low heat with aluminum foil. In the last 15 minutes, remove the paper and let it brown.
After roasting, transfer to a serving platter and place chopped green parsley on top.
