- Squeezed Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Bahian seasoning1 teaspoon
- Lemon Juice1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Small potato, cut in half and cooked (in water and salt)7 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Dried parsley1 dessert spoon
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Season the rack with garlic, Bahian seasoning, lemon juice, salt and let it marinate for 15 minutes in the fridge
- Place the boiled potatoes in a bowl and add the olive oil, the dried parsley and the smoked paprika.
- Take to airfryer at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes or until golden
- In a frying pan, heat the oil and grill the rolls until golden brown.
- In the same skillet, now with the fire off, place the potatoes over the pork and serve as you wish!
