  • Ginger Powder1 coffee spoon
  • Cinnamon powder1 coffee spoon
  • Cumin powder1 coffee spoon
  • Spicy paprika1 coffee spoon
  • Colorau1/2 coffee spoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • For the salad: white beans3/2 cup
  • Water5 cup
  • Laurel (leaf)2 cup
  • Spinach (pack)1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic (clove)1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil4 tablespoon
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Red onion1/4 unit(s)
  • Mint (leaves)2 tablespoon
  • Rosemary1 tablespoon
  • Sweetgrape Tomato1/2 cup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. for the mignon In a bowl, mix the cinnamon, ginger, cumin, paprika, paprika and salt. Put the mignon on the whole platter and rub all the seasoning. Heat the oil in a skillet and, over medium heat, brown the filet mignon on all sides. Approximately 5 minutes on each side. (Be careful with the heat too high, it can sear on the outside but not cook on the inside). Tip: To cook faster if you prefer, cut the fillet in half, opening like a steak.
  2. for the white beans Let the beans soak for 12 hours. Dispense the water. Place the beans, water and bay leaves in a pan. Let it cook on high heat until it boils. Season with olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Substitutions: - Swap pork mignon for chicken breast. - you can replace white beans with black-eyed peas, chickpeas, lentils.
