- Bell pepper, red, yellow and green3 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Cut the pork loin into slices and place in the skillet to cook. Once cooked, add fat to brown.
- After browning both sides, remove the pork loin and add the garlic and onion cut into slices and let it brown.
- Once golden, add the peppers cut into strips. Finally the pineapple cut into slices. Let the pineapple release a little juice and smother the skillet.
- Finally, add the cooked and golden pork loin. Leave it in the skillet for a few more minutes for the flavors to blend.
