- Pork Loin1.5 kg
- Potatoes12 unit(s)
- Seasonings for meat to taste to taste
- Milk200 ml
- Butter200 g
- Season the meat in advance, ideally 1 day before.
- Bake wrapped in aluminum foil at 180°.
- Leave the potatoes peeled.
- With 15 minutes left for the meat time, put the potatoes to cook. Chopped into large cubes.
- The point of the potato is to be skewered with a fork and let go. Once that happens, mash them.
- With the meat ready, open the foil and let it brown for 15 minutes.
- In the puree, throw milk and very cold butter, to incorporate your puree. Stir with fouet.
- Cut the meat and serve.
