  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic1 unit(s)
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Sazon to taste
  • Tomato Extract3 tablespoon
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Mustard1 tablespoon
  • Ketchup1 tablespoon
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Oil to taste
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  1. First cut the loin into cubes. Heat a pan and add the butter and a drizzle of oil (to keep the butter from burning) add the loin and a pinch of salt.
  2. Once fried, add the chopped garlic and onion, brown and add the diced tomato.
  3. Add the tomato paste, mustard and ketchup, stir well until it incorporates, finally add the cream and adjust the salt.
  4. Serve with rice and fries.
