- Black pepper to taste
- Sazon to taste
- Tomato Extract3 tablespoon
- Sour cream200 g
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Ketchup1 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Oil to taste
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- First cut the loin into cubes. Heat a pan and add the butter and a drizzle of oil (to keep the butter from burning) add the loin and a pinch of salt.
- Once fried, add the chopped garlic and onion, brown and add the diced tomato.
- Add the tomato paste, mustard and ketchup, stir well until it incorporates, finally add the cream and adjust the salt.
- Serve with rice and fries.
