  • Pork loin1 kg
  • Grated nutmeg1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil4 tablespoon
  • Milk2 cup
  • Dry white wine1 cup
  • Worcestershire sauce2 tablespoon
  • Chopped Parsley3 tablespoon
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Salt, black pepper, rosemary, coriander to taste.1 to taste
  1. Season the loin with salt, pepper, nutmeg, rosemary, coriander, Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 dry white wine.
  2. Let it taste overnight.
  3. In a pressure cooker, heat the oil over medium heat, place the loin and fry until golden on all sides.
  4. Add the milk 1/2 cup of white wine and the chopped parsley.
  5. Let it boil, cover the pan and cook for 30 minutes after the pressure starts.
  6. Release the pressure and open the pot.
  7. Carefully remove the meat and transfer to a platter.
  8. In the sauce that is left in the pan, add the milk cream box, mix well and wait for it to boil.
  9. Drizzle the loin with this sauce.
