- Season the meat with the crushed garlic. Fry the meat in the oil until golden brown. Add the onion, pepper and tomato. Saute well and add the paprika and saffron. Mix well, add water to cover and add the dry seasonings to taste, adjust the salt, let it cook well and add the parsley and chives.
