  • Worcestershire sauce01 tablespoon
  • Lemon01 unit(s)
  • Onion01 unit(s)
  • Garlic03 unit(s)
  • Olive oil01 tablespoon
  • Brown sugar01 tablespoon
  1. Put the oil, onion and garlic in the pressure cooker to sauté and then add the pork.
  2. Fry the meat just to seal (just until the outside of the meat is browned, about 5-10 minutes)
  3. Still in the pressure cooker, place all the ingredients for the sauce and mix well. Add the water and close the pan.
  4. As soon as you get pressure, leave it on low heat for 30 min and then turn off the heat.
  5. You can shred it and eat it on bread. It's delicious too.
