  • Garlic to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato to taste
  • Onion to taste
  • Vinegar to taste
  1. Cut the meat into medium pieces.
  2. Place in a refractory add vinegar and lemon book.
  3. In a pan, add the oil, garlic, onion and salt.
  4. Turn on the fire at medium temperature and let it brown, always turning the meat so it doesn't catch.
  5. About 30 minutes add the tomato.
  6. Cover the pan for another 10 minutes and it's ready.
