- Garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Tomato to taste
- Onion to taste
- Vinegar to taste
- Cut the meat into medium pieces.
- Place in a refractory add vinegar and lemon book.
- In a pan, add the oil, garlic, onion and salt.
- Turn on the fire at medium temperature and let it brown, always turning the meat so it doesn't catch.
- About 30 minutes add the tomato.
- Cover the pan for another 10 minutes and it's ready.
