- Pre-cooked cornmeal1 cup
- Ground beef300 g
- Cold water5 cup
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Pork lard1 tablespoon
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic (clove)2 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce1 can(s)
- Water1 cup
- Beef broth1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- In a pan, heat the oil and add the 5 cups of water and the beef broth.
- Add the cornmeal and stir constantly, until cooked. This will take about 10 minutes. Reserve.
- In another pan, place the lard to heat, brown the chopped onion and the crushed garlic.
- Then add salt and ground beef. Let it tighten well.
- Add the tomato, tomato sauce and a cup of water.
- Let it go.
- Put the green smell and mix.
- On a platter, place the polenta and then the ground beef sauce on top.
- Ready.
