  • Needlepoint beef ribs1 kg
  • Potato ball with or without skin (your preference)6 unit(s)
  • Garlic4 unit(s)
  • Whole medium onion1 unit(s)
  • Ground Saffron1 dessert spoon
  • Black pepper1 coffee spoon
  • Salt to taste to taste
  • Lemon2 unit(s)
  • Boiling water1/2 l
  • Rib broth (if you prefer)1/2 unit(s)
  • Green smell to finish to taste
  1. Put the water to boil
  2. In a large pressure cooker, sauté the chopped garlic and onion with a little oil
  3. Then add the ribs, salt and the broth of two lemons, sauté until well fried, the meat should be starting to brown
  4. Throw boiling water over the ribs and cook under pressure for about 30 minutes over medium heat.
  5. After this period, turn off the heat, wait for the pressure to release, place the meat again over a very low heat, add the other condiments, finish with green smell and leave for a few more minutes until the broth thickens and gives the rib a light fry. colored rice and farofa if you prefer. Great lunch option!
