  • Olive oil to taste
  1. In the pressure cooker put the oil garlic and chopped onion.
  2. Put the ribs together with the seasonings. Leave it for a few minutes.
  3. Then put the guandu and cover with water until covered.
  4. Put the spices. I used chopped coriander, black pepper, Edu Guedes seasoning, bay leaf, chimichurri without pepper, smoked paprika and 1/2 a whole onion.
  5. Leave under pressure for approximately 35 minutes.
  6. Remove from the fire and enjoy.
