  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella200 g
  • Alcatara500 g
  • Dry red wine or wood100 ml
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Margarine150 g
  • Corn starch2 dessert spoon
  • Champignon1 to taste
  1. Make the rice to your liking, when it's ready add the cream, mozzarella and mushrooms, leaving it very creamy, chef's tip, if you want to make it creamier add 1 cup of milk. Reserve.
  2. Season the alcatara with garlic, black pepper, sweet paprika, salt to taste. In a frying pan, fry the meat in a spoon of butter or olive oil, put it to its point, tip leaves a little rare. Reserve.
  3. Madeira sauce: in this recipe I make the sauce. In a pan, put butter and brown the onion, then the garlic, put the corn starch and mix well until it becomes a cream, without letting it blister, then add the wine and mix well until it becomes a not too thick cream and turn off the fire.
  4. Assemble a plate with the rice, place the meat and then the wood sauce.
