Picanha reversed

Para inverter a picanha faça um corte (furo), ou se preferir abra ela ao meio sem chegar o corte ao final de um dos lados da peça da picanha, assim consegue virar ela ao contrário com mais facilidade, tempere a gosto.

To invert the picanha, make a cut (hole), or if you prefer, open it in half without reaching the cut at the end of one of the sides of the picanha piece, so you can turn it upside down more easily, season to taste.

2 perninhas de linguiça defumada cortadas ao meio
Queijo a vontade
Regar a picanha com azeite de oliva 

For the stuffing I used 2 boiled carrots.
A few strips of bacon
2 smoked sausage legs, cut in half
Cheese at will
Drizzle the picanha with olive oil

Assar a 180° até o queijo derreter ou a picanha ficar do seu gosto

Bake at 180° until the cheese melts or the picanha is to your liking.
