- Coarse salt1 kg
- Place the piece of picanha in a roast and cover it with 1 kg of coarse salt, put the salt on top and on the side, let it bake for 60 minutes at 280°. Take it out of the oven, remove the layer of salt that is on top of it and serve with broccoli rice, farofa and mayonnaise.
