Picanha oven

Coloque em uma assadeira a peça de picanha e cubra ela com 1 kg de sal grosso, coloque o sal em cima e na lateral, deixe assar por 60 minutos em 280°. Tire ela do forno, tire a capa de sal que fica em cima dela e sirva com arroz de brócolis, farofa e maionese. 

Place the piece of picanha in a roast and cover it with 1 kg of coarse salt, put the salt on top and on the side, let it bake for 60 minutes at 280°. Take it out of the oven, remove the layer of salt that is on top of it and serve with broccoli rice, farofa and mayonnaise.
