- Tomato Extract2 tablespoon
- Mustard2 tablespoon
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Worcestershire sauce2 tablespoon
- Cachaça2 tablespoon
- Sour cream2 cup
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Cut the meat into thin strips against the fiber. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Heat a pan well, drizzle with a drizzle of oil and sear the meat.
- Add the chopped onions, and stir well, rubbing the bottom to release the flavor. Add the minced garlic. Now let's flambé, remove the pan from the heat, add the cachaça and place the pan close to the flame so the cachaça glows and the meat flambés.
- Let it cook for another 2 min, add the tomato paste and mix. Add the Worcestershire sauce and mustard and mix well. Slice the mushrooms and lower the heat. Add the cream, mix well, adjust the salt and pepper. Finish with the mushroom slices and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
