Corte a carne em tirinhas finas contra a fibra. Tempere a carne com sal e pimenta. Esquente bem uma panela, regue com um fio de azeite e sele a carne.

Adicione as cebolas picadinhas,e mexa bem, esfregando o fundo para soltar o sabor.
Adicione o alho picadinho.
Agora vamos flambar, retire a panela do fogo, adicione a cachaça e tombe a panela próxima a chama para a cachaça incandescer e flambar a carne.

Add the minced garlic.

Deixe cozinhar por mais 2 min, adicione o extrato de tomate e misture.
Adicione o molho inglês e a mostarda e misture também.
Fatie os cogumelos e abaixe o fogo.
Adicione o creme de leite mexendo bem, corrija o sal e a pimenta do reino.
Finalize com as fatias do cogumelo e deixe cozinhar por mais 2 minutinhos. 

Let it cook for another 2 min, add the tomato paste and mix.
Add the Worcestershire sauce and mustard and mix well.
Slice the mushrooms and lower the heat.
Add the cream, mix well, adjust the salt and pepper.
Finish with the mushroom slices and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
