- green peppers1 unit(s)
- Seedless tomato1 unit(s)
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Small onion1/2 unit(s)
- Optional spices: black pepper, saffron, Bahia seasoning to taste
- Salt to taste
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- First, take the peppers cut in half and without seeds to steam for 00:25 minutes
- In another pan sauté garlic, onion until golden
- Add the ground beef and sauté until the meat is sealed, add the seasonings and then cabbage and tomato, finish with green smell and lemon, sauté for another minute, turn off the heat
- Transfer the peppers to the pan with the braised meat. Add the meat inside the peppers and then serve with fresh rice. Excellent lunch option!
