- Pepperoni sausage cut into half moons1/2 unit(s)
- Small red onion cut into half moons1 unit(s)
- Small tomato cut into medium cubes without seeds1 unit(s)
- Chopped green onion1 tablespoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- Heat a non-stick frying pan and fry the sausage well until it releases the fat.
- Add the onion and sauté until it starts to wilt.
- Add the tomato and saute for another 1 minute. Add salt and mix.
- Finish with the chives and serve immediately.
