  • spicy paprika1 teaspoon
  • Coarse salt4 dessert spoon
  • Dehydrated Seasoning Mix4 dessert spoon
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Oil for frying500 ml
  1. Take the pancetta, put it on a wooden board and let's season it
  2. All the seasonings that you put spread well on the surface of the pancetta massaging the seasoning in the piece, so that the seasoning penetrates it,
  3. Curve the piece by attaching it with toothpicks as shown in the video
  4. Put it in the oven for 1 hour and a half, let it cool, put it in the fridge for 1 hour, then you slice it cold like the one in the photo then you fry it and you will have the best pancetta pururuca you've ever had in your life.
