  • Cachaça (1 serving)40 ml
  • Salt1 dessert spoon
  • Seasonings to taste1 dessert spoon
  1. Cut the pancetas into uniform medium pieces so that they are all ready at the same time, then season with salt, pepper to your taste and add a dose of cachaça. Leave to marinate for about 30 minutes. Then put an amount in your Air fryer already heated to 200°, set the time of 30 minutes and open every 10 minutes turning to crisp all sides and it's ready. Depends a lot on each Air fryer it can be more or less the time. The cachaça leaves it very dry and crunchy.
