  • Void Steaks1 kg
  • Chopped tomatoes3 unit(s)
  • Chopped Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion100 g
  • Salt12 g
  • Chili Pepper1/2 coffee spoon
  • Mustard1 teaspoon
  • Green smell1/2 cup
  • Soybean oil3 tablespoon
  • Macerated Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Hot water0 to taste
  1. Season the meat with salt, pepper, mustard and garlic and set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a pressure cooker, add the meat and fry until golden brown.
  3. Add the onion, tomato, bell pepper and hot water until it lightly covers the meat - close the pan and cook for 20 minutes.
  4. Open the pan and check that the steaks are tender and let the sauce come to a boil.
  5. Sprinkle green smell and serve with white rice and straw potatoes.
