- Chopped Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion100 g
- Salt12 g
- Chili Pepper1/2 coffee spoon
- Mustard1 teaspoon
- Green smell1/2 cup
- Soybean oil3 tablespoon
- Macerated Garlic2 unit(s)
- Hot water0 to taste
- Season the meat with salt, pepper, mustard and garlic and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a pressure cooker, add the meat and fry until golden brown.
- Add the onion, tomato, bell pepper and hot water until it lightly covers the meat - close the pan and cook for 20 minutes.
- Open the pan and check that the steaks are tender and let the sauce come to a boil.
- Sprinkle green smell and serve with white rice and straw potatoes.
