  • Half Moon Onion2 unit(s)
  • Half Moon Tomatoes4 unit(s)
  • Small diced red bell pepper1 unit(s)
  • Tomato extract1 tablespoon
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Salt10 g
  • Pepper2 g
  • Small diced yellow bell pepper1 unit(s)
  • Water for cooking0 to taste
  • Oil1 dessert spoon
  1. Season the steaks with salt, pepper and garlic and set aside.
  2. Put the oil in a pressure cooker and mount layers of steaks and tomatoes, onions and peppers, repeat until finished.
  3. Drizzle with a little water, add the tomato paste, close the pan and bring to a simmer to cook.
  4. Let it cook for 15 minutes after putting pressure on - open the pan and the steaks will be tender but there will still be a lot of broth - so leave it on a low heat without pressure until this sauce clears and becomes very thick and red.
  5. Serve with white rice and a salad.
