Vinegar01 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Sweet paprika01 coffee spoon
Chimichurri01 coffee spoon
Chopped Large Potatoes03 unit(s)

Place the minced meat in the pressure cooker without oil.
Add the Seasonings, cover and cook on low heat for about 20 minutes.
Turn off the heat and add the chopped potatoes. Cover again and let it cook for about 3 minutes.
Add tomato sauce if desired and let the broth thicken.
Serve with a nice farofa.
