Recipe

Steak cut into large cubes1 kg
Oil2 tablespoon
Garlic1 tablespoon
Onion3 tablespoon
Natural bouillon cube2 to taste
Green Smell1 to taste
medium potatoes5 unit(s)

In a pressure cooker, place the oil, garlic and onion, and let it brown.
Add the meat cut into medium cubes, let it brown for 15 minutes.
Add 2 cubes of natural stock.
Add water until it covers the meat, do not exceed the meat.
Put on pressure for 25 minutes.
Remove from the heat, release the pressure and add the potatoes.
Put on pressure again, count 5 minutes after the pressure cooker starts beeping, turn off the heat.
Finish with the green scent.
