Primeiro eu doro a carne com um pouquinho de óleo não coloco todas de uma vez por que solta água e fica mais difícil depois eu refogo a cebola e o alho no fundo da panela acrescento todos os tempero e deixo 40 minutos na pressão com um copo de água não gosto de deixar a carne muito molhada caso goste pode colocar mais eu abro a panela Caso esteja macia eu coloco a calabresa e a batata e deixo por mais ou menos 8 minutos ou pode colocar outros legumes que preferir e finaliza com  salsa picadinha
