  • Beef chuck cut into large cubes1 kg
  • Corn oil2 tablespoon
  • Granulated Onion2 tablespoon
  • Natural bouillon cubes2 unit(s)
  • Color1 to taste
  • Green smell1 to taste
  • Water to cover the meat1 cup
  • Medium potatoes, peeled and cut in half5 unit(s)
  1. In a pressure cooker, put the oil and the onion, leave it until it gets very brown.
  2. Add the meat cut into medium cubes, let it brown for 15 minutes.
  3. Add the two cubes of natural stock and the coloral to taste.
  4. Add the water until it covers the meat, do not exceed the meat.
  5. Put on pressure for 25 minutes
  6. Remove from the fire, take off the pressure and add the potatoes and the green smell
  7. Put on pressure again, count 5 minutes after the pressure cooker starts to pinch and turn off the heat.
