- Recipe
- 2 kilos of oxtail, 3 large potatoes, 1 bunch of watercress, 3 crushed garlic cloves, 1 tomato, 1 pepper, 1 onion, all chopped, Black pepper, salt, green smell...1 kg
- In a pressure cooker, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil, add the garlic and let it brown... Then put the oxtail and sauté it well until it turns golden brown, add water if necessary... Cover the pressure cooker for 15 minutes...
- Open the pan, put the tomato, onion, peppers, black pepper, salt, stir and put it to cook for 10 minutes under pressure, only add water if you really need it...
- Transfer to another pan, put the potatoes and let it cook until soft, finally the watercress and the green smell, after you put the watercress let it boil and turn off.... It is delicious accompanied with pirão, angu or canjiquinha....
