- Grill seasoning1 tablespoon
- Oil4 tablespoon

- In a colander, pour boiled water over the raw oxtail... Just to remove excess fat
- Season the oxtail with garlic, vinegar, mixed seasoning, salt, paprika, grill seasoning and the English sauce
- In a pressure cooker add the oil and heat, throw the seasoned oxtail and mix well. Saute for 30 minutes.
- Add the tomato, onion and sauté for another 10 minutes. If necessary, add a little water for the sauce.
- Add the tomato paste and the tablet beef broth and press for 15 minutes.
- Remove the pressure and coke the potatoes, the calabrese sausage and the hot sauce. Take the pressure for 5 minutes
- After this time, open the pan, removing the pressure and throw in the washed and drained watercress. Put the watercress well dipped in the meat sauce Let it boil for 5 minutes. And it's ready to serve
