- Chili1/4 to taste
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Spices (Paprika, Coloral, Salt, Pepper, Coriander)0 to taste
- I took the oxtail with water and a few drops of vinegar to boil, when it boils all the water can drain.
- I seasoned with: Garlic Tomato Onion Pepper Paprika color season Salt and black pepper to taste
- Stir over medium heat until golden (do not burn)
- Add water to cover the oxtail and take it under pressure for 20 minutes.
- Carefully open the pan and place the cassava.
- I left another 5 minutes on the pressure.
- Finished with cilantro.
- It is very juicy and delicious, with that white rice.
